All of us women must be conscious of the fact that makeup is an accessory, which allows us to highlight our own beauty. However, there is no woman more beautiful than the one who feels confident, daring, and beautiful without a hint of makeup. In order to achieve a naturally radiant face, we recommend the following tips:
1. Meditation and yoga
Close your eyes, make an O shape with your mouth, and exhale quickly. Do this for a few minutes every morning, and you’ll see a difference on your skin. Also, if you practice yoga, you’ll subdue your pimples, stimulate circulation in the body, and detox your kidneys and liver.
2. Massage your face
When you wash your face in the morning and at night, make sure to apply the exfoliation product or cleanser you use with circular movements for a few minutes. This is a good way to bring increased blood flow and oxygen to the surface of the skin.
3. Drink herbal tea in the morning instead of coffee
According to some experts, some herbs are particularly beneficial for the skin, so drinking tea is highly recommended. You can even buy loose tea leaves, mix them with facial serum, and you’ve got a fabulous face mask!
4. Limit dairy consumption
Cases have been observed, in which the consumption of full cream milk has been linked with the appearance of acne. So, if you have these kinds of problems, it’s best to replace your regular milk with coconut or goat’s milk.
5. Use sunscreen
Use a moisturizing cream with SPF on your face and neck to keep them hydrated and protected. Remember to use it even on cloudy days, because the skin is always vulnerable to the sun’s ultraviolet rays.
6. Drink a warm cup of vitamin C
Every morning when you wake up, drink a warm cup of lemon juice, mixed with water. This will help cleanse and remove toxins from the body, which can cause skin sensitivity.
7. Use toner
Skin toner helps balance PH levels on the face, which in turn helps the skin look more even. Remember to use this right after washing your face.
8. Exfoliate the skin
Exfoliate your face with your favorite product or natural mixture (with baking soda and water in equal parts) at least twice per week to remove dead skin cells. This way your skin will look brighter and have a healthy glow.
9. Don’t touch your face with your hands
Keep your hands away from your face. The skin on your face is very sensitive, so any scratch, pinch, or touch can easily lead to cracking and flaws.
10. Look after your sleep and diet
Maintaining an appropriate sleep schedule and balanced diet are crucial for healthy skin. You should sleep enough to avoid bags forming under the eyes, droopy eyelids, and looking abnormally pale. Also, drinking at least 8 glasses of water per day and eating plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables will help you stay hydrated and get all the nutrients necessary for your body to be in top shape. This will also be reflected in your skin’s well-being.
Last but not least: Smile! Nothing makes a woman look more beautiful than a beautiful smile on her face.
